Why have a home inspection done when buying a new home?

Most people don’t consider hiring a home inspector for a new property because the builder claims they warranty the house for the first 12 months. However, getting a home inspection done before closing may just save you a lot of time and energy trying to get the builder to come back and finish their job correctly.
